Don’t feel any vibration and hard to secure straps haven’t tried the ice part yet

Fits decently well and I like that you can walk around wearing it. The vibration is stronger than I expected but I’m not really sure that it does that much. I’d prefer a higher force or pressure to actually massage the legs. Heat is nice and I really enjoy that - be careful on heat setting 3 though - it is hot! Not immediately obvious to not use modes 2-3 on bare skin until you read the small print in the manual.

I love this product. I have arthritis in my knees and I’m very active with my kids. After a session I’m back at it. The heat and message feature combined is a game changer.

Full disclosure that I dont use this on my leg… I use it on my elbow. Recommended by my Dr, (and I saw Brock Purdy using it?) I was looking for something to assist in my recovery post surgery. It is hard to get a good fit and impossible to get it on without help. It performs very well and gets VERY warm quickly. I like it for post workout recovery. Just wish it came in a smaller size or that they made one specifically for my usage. Affordable and effective.

Let me start because everyone looks for the negative first, it is the battery life even if you could use the device while charging would be great. But that is the only negative.

I have had multiple knee surgeries and have arthritis in my left knee and this feels awesome! The great thing also this device while not designed necessarily for multi-use can be. I have used it on my shoulder, calf and quads.

Fantastic product. Heats quickly and its combination with the vibration features provide near-immediate relief and muscle loosening. It's great for recovery from weightlifting, soccer and cycling, as well as warming up my muscles for those activities. Very portable as well.

I use the Venom 2 Leg before and after every run. It helps immensely with my warmups and recovery.

Love this product, but it does NOT hold a charge for very long... doing a 40 minute session (or 20 minutes per leg) after a long run for some relief on the IT Band and hamstrings and without fail it runs out of juice before completion... I assume they want you to purchase one product per leg?? Aside from this - really good product!

I have a lot of joint pain. My knees have always been good, even after playing soccer in college. But in my 30s started having some knee pain and the heat and vibration is so relaxing. I love how it can really be used on any part of the leg.
